When you initiate a seat reservation through our online website, your selected spot is temporarily held by us. This hold remains in place for 48-hours from the exact date and hour of your online reservation. To complete the transaction and secure the seat permanently, you must take an additional step. If you do not complete the physical office visit and pay the complete amount within this 48-hour window, the temporary reservation expires automatically. In that situation, the held seat is released back to our inventory, and no fees are recorded because no payment was made. The precise boarding coordinates are provided to passengers only after full payment is settled at our physical office.
We permit passengers to submit cancellation requests up until the actual day of the journey. The specific amount returned to you depends entirely on the timing of your submission.
If you cancel your reservation 24-hours or more before the scheduled date of the journey, all paid fees will be refunded. We will return the entire payment amount to you without any penalties or deductions. This allows passengers to adjust their itineraries when plans shift early.
However, if you decide to cancel your trip on the actual day of the journey, 50% of the total charges will be deducted from your payment balance. The remaining 50% will be processed for return. This deduction compensates for the operational costs of reserving flight capacity that cannot be reassigned at short notice.
Specific transit rules apply to airport check-ins. Passengers must arrive at the designated airport exactly one hour prior to the journey departure time. This timeframe is essential for the smooth processing of the boarding procedure and security protocols.
If a passenger fails to show up at the designated airport one hour before departure, we will classify the status as a no-show. A no-show will be counted as a canceled journey in which no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances whatsoever by our firm.
Furthermore, all passengers must carry their valid government identification documents with them during the day of journey. Airport security and aircraft operations require this data. Failure to show a valid identity document at the airport will be counted as a canceled flight, and no returns or balances will be provided under any conditions.
After a valid cancellation request is registered under our policy, we require your assistance to transfer the balances. We will formally request the bank credentials of the customer via safe electronic tools.
Once we receive these details, we will process the funds from our system within twenty-four hours of the cancellation request. However, the time it takes for the funds to reflect on your individual balance depends on external entities. It may take up to 7 days for the funds to show on the respective individual's account, depending entirely on their specific bank provider and local processing speeds in Hong Kong.
