This section outlines the exact steps required to complete your booking, secure your flight, and complete necessary steps on the day of travel.
When you select a flight and reserve a spot through our website, your seat is held by us for a period of exactly forty-eight hours from the initial moment of reservation. This holding window gives you time to complete the mandatory step to finalize your itinerary. To fully secure your booking, you must visit our physical registered office in Hong Kong, whose address is Gloucester Tower,15 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong. During this office visit, you must complete the full payment for your seat. If you do not visit our office and complete the payment within the 48-hour window, your temporary hold expires automatically, and the seat becomes available to other passengers.
The exact boarding location and specific terminal details will be communicated directly to passengers during the payment process at our physical office. This ensures you have all the necessary gate information well ahead of your departure date.
On the scheduled day of travel, passengers must arrive at the designated airport exactly one hour before the flight departure time. This early arrival is necessary for the smooth processing of the boarding procedure, identity checks, and baggage handling.
Additionally, all passengers must carry a valid government-issued identification document during the day of journey. This identity document must be presented at the gate. If a passenger fails to show their valid identification, they will not be allowed to board, and the situation will be considered as an immediate canceled flight. If a passenger fails to show up at the airport entirely within the required timeframe, we will record the status as a no-show. A no-show is counted as a canceled journey, and no refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.
We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Therefore, we provide clear options for cancellations. Passengers can cancel their reserved seats up until the day of the journey. The fiscal outcomes of a cancellation depend strictly on the timing of your formal request.
If a passenger cancels their reservation 24-hours or more before the scheduled date of the journey, a full refund will be granted. In this scenario, we return the entire balance to the passenger without penalties.
However, if a passenger decides to cancel their trip on the actual day of the journey, 50% of the original charges will be deducted as an administrative and operational fee. The remaining half of the payment will be returned to the passenger.
Once a cancellation request is formally logged, we will request the bank credentials of the passenger to initiate the electronic transfer. We process the funds from our side within 24-hours of receiving your valid bank details. After we complete our transfer, it may take up to seven days for the funds to reflect on your individual bank account. This specific timeline depends entirely on your independent bank provider and local banking clearing networks in Hong Kong.
We believe in keeping open lines of communication with all our passengers to resolve questions promptly and transparently. Passengers can reach our team for any type of queries regarding flights, payments, or rules through our live website inbox.
